4.5 ac with over 1200 ft of shoreline. Electricity is supplied by local coop with an underwater feed and backup generator.
Sauna and outdoor shower are enjoyed in the cool seasons.
There are two docking areas each having its own dock. The west & main dock is a 16′ stationary section coupled to a 56′ floating section. During the summer the depth of water at the end is about 8′. The east dock was used as a seaplane dock. It has a 12′ stationary section coupled to a 16′ floating section. Next to the dock is a seaplane ramp.
The guest cabin is a two bedroom 1500 square foot rustic log cabin built in 1928. The house underwent a major re-model in 1998 with a new 150 square foot kitchen and new roof. The cabin is heated by a LP space heater and stone fireplace.
The guest cabin has a spacious fully outfitted kitchen. The large stone fireplace is perfect for the cool evenings.
