Ray went above and beyond. When I contacted him wanting to purchase a parcel of vacant land next to our property, he was on the road headed to North Carolina to spend Thanksgiving with at his daughters. He returned my call right away and within a couple of hours had stopped and prepared a purchase agreement for us to sign. That was on a Monday and by Wednesday the agreement had been accepted and was signed. I can't say enough about how appreciative we are for his fast service during his holiday vacation. We had property in Orr, MN that was listed in past years with other realtors. They didn't seem to take much interest and said we should reduce the price.
