I came all the way from Las Vegas, NV to look at this property and had lots of questions before I made my first inspection. Ray answered each and every question and was most helpful in helping me navigate the Minnesota Real Estate Laws of which I knew absolutely nothing about. He sent me pages and pages of pdf documents in response to all my questions, and always made himself available to all my telephone calls, emails and text messages. I do believe the longest I ever waited for a return reply from Ray was not more than a couple of hours.
